Terms of Use

Effective date: December 13, 2025
Last updated: December 13, 2025

EntryRegistry.com (referred to below as "EntryRegistry", "we", "us", or "our") provides an online service to assist travelers with the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) and related travel-document services. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications and services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance & Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms, together with any order confirmations, privacy policy, and other policies posted by EntryRegistry on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and EntryRegistry regarding the Service.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • "Service" means the assistance, products and tools EntryRegistry provides to help users prepare and (where permitted) submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) application and related travel-document services via our website and systems.
  • "You" or "User" means the individual or legal entity using the Service.
  • "Order" means a request submitted by you through the Site for EntryRegistry to perform one or more services described on the Site.

Services Description

We offer information, document checklists, form preparation, submission assistance (when permitted), status tracking, and customer support related to the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). We act as a private service provider and, where applicable and authorized, as your disclosed agent to prepare and submit applications on your behalf.

EntryRegistry does not issue visas, ETAs, or any immigration permits—those decisions are made by the relevant government authorities. We provide assistance only; final decisions, approvals, processing times and entry permissions remain at the discretion of the competent government agency.

Eligibility & Age

You represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the legal right to provide their information and to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Placing Orders / How It Works

When you place an Order through the Site:

  • you must provide accurate, complete and current information;
  • you authorize EntryRegistry to use the information you provide to prepare, submit and manage applications and to communicate with consular or government systems and third-party service providers where required;
  • you agree to respond promptly to our requests for additional information or corrections when time-sensitive actions are required.

Orders are accepted only when we confirm acceptance in writing (including by order confirmation email). We may refuse or cancel Orders for reasons including suspected fraud, system downtime, force majeure, or if your submitted information is incorrect or incomplete.

Your Information & Representations

Registration & Required Information

To use the Service you may need to create an account and provide personal data such as your full name, contact details, passport number, travel dates, flight information, photographs and other information required by the government portal or for the Service.

Your Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • all information you provide is true, accurate, complete and not misleading;
  • you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide;
  • you will check and confirm the accuracy of all data before submission; you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your personal information;
  • you will respond to EntryRegistry communications promptly (we may specify timeframes in order confirmations; if time-sensitive, you agree to respond within 24 hours where requested).

Failure to provide correct information or to respond timely may delay, deny or cancel your application; EntryRegistry is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate or late information supplied by you.

Use & Sharing of Your Information

By placing an Order you authorize EntryRegistry to share your information with:

  • payment processors and banks to process payments;
  • government agencies, immigration or consular portals as necessary to submit your application;
  • third-party service providers (for example couriers, appointment systems, document processors and analytics providers) who assist in delivering the Service.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may be required to accept additional government privacy notices when an application is submitted to an official portal; those agency notices will apply to the data processed by the agency.

Fees, Pricing & Refunds

Fees: Fees for the Service are displayed during checkout and typically include (a) EntryRegistry service fees and (b) any applicable government or third-party fees.

Price changes: We may revise pricing before we accept your Order. After acceptance, prices may be adjusted for matters beyond our control (e.g., government fee increases, exchange-rate fluctuations). In such cases we will notify you and you may cancel prior to the change becoming effective where required by law.

Refunds and cancellations: Government fees and EntryRegistry service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or an application has been submitted to a government system. A visa refusal, delay or adverse decision by a government authority does not entitle you to a refund of fees paid. We do not offer guarantees of approval or money-back programs unless explicitly stated in writing.

We may, in our discretion and on a case-by-case basis, issue refunds where required by law or under exceptional circumstances (for example: payment-processing error, duplicate charges, or where we cancel your Order before any work has started).

Payments

Payment must be made as displayed during checkout. We accept common payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard and other online processors. All card payments are subject to issuer authorization. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

If payment authorization is declined, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of the Service.

Availability; Errors; Changes

We strive to keep service descriptions, fees and availability up-to-date, but errors and omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change or update the Service, and to modify or cancel Orders if necessary. We may update fees and service terms at any time; material changes will be posted to the Site with an updated effective date.

User Accounts & Security

If you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of account security. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use where you fail to notify us promptly.

Intellectual Property

The Site, the Service, and all original content (excluding content you submit) are the exclusive property of EntryRegistry and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site and Service for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission.

Restrictions; Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

  • submit false, fraudulent or misleading information;
  • attempt to access or damage other users' accounts or our systems;
  • use automated tools to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent;
  • post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
  • remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed on the Site.

We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse access to the Service for breach of these restrictions.

Disclaimer; No Guarantees; Not Legal Advice

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. EntryRegistry does not guarantee application approval, processing times, or government decisions. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any immigration or consular authority.

We do not provide legal advice. If you require legal advice about immigration or travel, consult a qualified attorney or the relevant government authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EntryRegistry's total aggregate liability for claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you actually paid to EntryRegistry for the specific Service giving rise to the claim; or (b) £100 if no amount was paid.

In no event will EntryRegistry be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption) even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; where prohibited by law, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold EntryRegistry and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your negligence or willful misconduct;
  • inaccuracies, omissions or misuse of information you supplied;
  • your violation of applicable law or rights of a third party.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform or delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, system outages, strikes, epidemics, war, or the unavailability or failure of third-party portals used to process applications.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Termination does not affect your obligation to pay accrued fees or any provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of written notice, you and EntryRegistry agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.

Note: If you prefer arbitration instead of court proceedings, or if local law requires an alternative dispute-resolution method, please contact us to discuss options; any alternate dispute-resolution method will only apply if both parties expressly agree in writing.

Contact & Complaints

If you have questions about these Terms, need to make a complaint, or wish to exercise your legal rights, contact us:

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and work to resolve it promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction where applicable.

Miscellaneous

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure by EntryRegistry to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a sale, merger or acquisition of our business. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and EntryRegistry regarding the Service.
